NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below between Spoko.ai, Inc. ("Spoko.ai") and the undersigned party ("Recipient").

1. Definition of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" means any and all information disclosed by Spoko.ai to Recipient, including but not limited to Epic integration documentation, API credentials, technical specifications, and implementation guides.

2. Obligations of Recipient

Recipient agrees to: (a) hold Confidential Information in strict confidence; (b) not disclose Confidential Information to third parties; (c) use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of Epic EHR integration.

3. Term

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of execution.

4. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
